You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Krah machinery used in the production of plastic pipes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate Krah machinery for large-diameter plastic pipe production.

2. Ensure accurate calibration, alignment, and consistent machine performance.

3. Monitor production to maintain product quality and minimize waste.

4. Load raw materials and ensure continuous, safe supply during operation.

5. Identify and troubleshoot machine or material issues efficiently.

6. Maintain detailed records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.

7. Follow all safety and operational standards to ensure smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience operating Krah machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment.

• Background in plastic extrusion or injection molding preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team.

5. تحديد المشكلات الفنية أو المادية وحلها بسرعة وكفاءة.

6. توثيق بيانات الإنتاج وإعدادات الماكينة وأنشطة الصيانة بدقة.

7. الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تشغيل ماكينة Krah ضمن بيئة تصنيع بلاستيكية.

• يُفضل من لديه خبرة في البثق البلاستيكي أو القولبة بالحقن.
