. Project Review & Initial Analysis

  • ↔️

    Reviewing project details as per the project kick-off received from the Setting-Out Manager.

  • Preparing the project drawings schedule.

2. Shop Drawings Management

  • Managing the preparation and submittal process of shop drawings.

  • Checking the allowed materials, technical details, and integrating them into the detailed shop drawings.

  • Clarifying discrepancies and communicating them with the line manager.

3. Specifications Review & Clarifications

  • Reviewing the project specifications and obtaining approvals for discrepancies between specifications and estimated details.

  • Identifying project material requirements and required samples.

  • Identifying and raising RFIs to the line manager for communication with the project manager and obtaining timely clarifications.

4. Quality Assurance & Technical Detailing

  • Preparing high-quality shop drawings with detailed and accurate information, following acceptable joinery practices and techniques while considering material wastage.

  • Coordinating with the factory to ensure efficient and practical detailing.

1. مراجعة المشروع والتحليل الأولي

  • مراجعة تفاصيل المشروع وفقًا لاجتماع الانطلاق المبدئي المستلم من مدير السيتنج آوت.

  • إعداد جدول رسومات المشروع.

2. إدارة رسومات الورشة (Shop Drawings)

  • إدارة عملية إعداد وتقديم رسومات الورشة.

  • فحص المواد المسموح بها والتفاصيل الفنية ودمجها بالكامل في رسومات الورشة التفصيلية.

  • توضيح أي تعارضات ومناقشتها مع المدير المباشر.

3. مراجعة المواصفات وطلب الإيضاحات

  • مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والحصول على اعتماد للفروقات بين المواصفات والتقديرات.

  • تحديد احتياجات المشروع من المواد والعينات المطلوبة.

  • تحديد ورفع طلبات الإيضاح (RFIs) للمدير المباشر للتواصل مع مدير المشروع والحصول على التوضيحات في الوقت المناسب.

4. ضمان الجودة والتفاصيل الفنية

  • إعداد رسومات ورشة عالية الجودة ذات تفاصيل دقيقة، مع الالتزام بممارسات وتقنيات النجارة المعتمدة، مع مراعاة تقليل الهدر.

  • التنسيق مع المصنع لضمان تنفيذ تفاصيل فعّالة وعملية.
