Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in pressure vessels, process columns, shell & tube heat exchangers, and air fin coolers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong command of engineering codes and hands-on experience in design and fabrication support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and engineering activities for pressure vessels, columns, and heat exchangers
• Perform design calculations including internal/external pressure, nozzle load evaluation, wind & seismic analysis
• Prepare fabrication drawings, datasheets, and material specifications
• Coordinate closely with project, fabrication, and inspection teams to ensure design compliance
• Ensure all designs meet ASME, API, TEMA, and client-specific requirements

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in pressure vessel and heat exchanger design
• Proficiency in PV Elite, Compress, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, API 660/661, and relevant ANSI standards
• Preferred experience with fabrication shops or manufacturing environments
• Excellent documentation and client coordination skills

نحن نبحث عن مهندس تصميم ميكانيكي ذو خبرة في تصميم أوعية الضغط، الأعمدة، المبادلات الحرارية (Shell & Tube)، ومبردات الهواء (Air Fin Coolers)، مع معرفة متعمقة بالمعايير الهندسية الدولية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• قيادة أعمال التصميم والهندسة لأوعية الضغط والمبادلات الحرارية والأعمدة
• إجراء الحسابات الميكانيكية لضغط التشغيل الداخلي والخارجي وتحليل أحمال الفوهات والرياح والزلازل
• إعداد رسومات التصنيع، البيانات الفنية، ومواصفات المواد
• التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والتصنيع والتفتيش لضمان مطابقة التصميم
• الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية مثل ASME وAPI وTEMA ومتطلبات العملاء

المتطلبات

• 4 إلى 8 سنوات خبرة في تصميم أوعية الضغط والمبادلات الحرارية
• إجادة استخدام PV Elite و Compress و AutoCAD
• معرفة قوية بـ ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2 و TEMA و API 660/661 والمعايير ذات الصلة
• يفضل من لديه خبرة في ورش التصنيع أو بيئات الإنتاج
• مهارات قوية في إعداد الوثائق والتنسيق مع العملاء
