Rider Supply & Operations Analyst | Bahrain

Join the front line of last-mile delivery operations! As a Rider Supply & Operations Analyst, you’ll drive efficiency by forecasting demand, managing rider shifts, and optimizing supply allocation. This role blends analytics, strategy, and real-time decision-making to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for forecasting rider demand, managing shifts, monitoring real-time operations, and optimizing supply strategies across regions and time slots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models using historical data and market trends.

  • Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans.

  • Develop and manage rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment.

  • Monitor daily shift inventory and guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots.

  • Establish real-time monitoring systems to identify supply gaps or redundancies and respond quickly to changes.

  • Adjust operational parameters such as fulfillment radius and service boundaries to maintain efficiency.

  • Optimize onboarding policies, cross-zone dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms.

  • Conduct A/B tests and impact analysis for shift and supply policy improvements.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Fulfillment, Data teams, 3PL partners, and in-house fleets to execute operational strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Operations, Logistics, Data, or Supply Chain-related fields.

  • 1+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or supply-demand operations; rider platforms or logistics experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

  • Detail-oriented and able to make quick decisions under pressure.

  • تحديد الفترات الذروة والفجوات المحتملة في الإمداد للتحضير المسبق.

  • تطوير وإدارة جداول الركاب لضمان التوازن بين العرض والطلب.

  • مراقبة المخزون اليومي للورديات وضمان التغطية الكافية عبر المناطق والفترات الزمنية.

  • إنشاء أنظمة مراقبة فورية لتحديد الفجوات أو الفائض في الإمداد والاستجابة بسرعة للتغيرات.

  • ضبط معايير العمليات مثل نصف القطر وقيود الخدمة لضمان الكفاءة.
