Fleet Maintenance Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Officer to oversee the maintenance of the company’s fleet, including small vehicles, large trucks, and heavy equipment. The role includes coordinating routine maintenance, tracking breakdowns, working with workshops, and ensuring all vehicles and equipment are ready for daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and schedule routine maintenance for all vehicles and equipment

  • Inspect and diagnose breakdowns and repair needs

  • Coordinate with external workshops and monitor repair status

  • Prepare regular reports on fleet condition

  • Follow up on insurance, registration, and periodic inspection renewals

  • Track fuel usage and maintain vehicle logs

  • Ensure fleet readiness and minimize downtime
