Job Description

    Job Purpose

            • Responsible for the eye test room, performing eye tests and prescription writing, and partaking in sales activities in order to achieve store sales targets while providing world-class customer service in accordance with MAGRABi values, aiming to increase company profitability and promote customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

    Qualifications and Experience

              • Degree in Optometry recognized by the Ministry of Health in Bahrain is required.

              • Minimum 3 years of work experience; retail experience is a plus.

    Job Responsibilities

              • Review the customer’s history prior to conducting eye tests to fully understand individual cases and support effective resolution of health issues by referring complex cases to MAGRABi hospitals.

              • Conduct eye test procedures according to MAGRABi standards to ensure accurate and precise prescriptions.

              • Attend to customers visiting the store, understand their requirements, and explain available solutions to provide detailed information about MAGRABi products and services, supporting both customer satisfaction and sales revenue targets.

              • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات؛ خبرة في البيع بالتجزئة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

    مسؤوليات الوظيفة




              • مراجعة تاريخ العميل قبل إجراء اختبارات النظر لفهم الحالات الفردية ودعم الحلول الصحية المناسبة من خلال إحالة الحالات المعقدة إلى مستشفيات MAGRABi.


              • إجراء اختبارات النظر وفق معايير MAGRABi لضمان تقديم وصفة طبية دقيقة وصحيحة.


              • خدمة العملاء الذين يزورون المتجر، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وشرح الحلول المختلفة لتزويدهم بمعلومات كاملة عن منتجات وخدمات MAGRABi، بما يدعم تحقيق رضا العملاء وزيادة إيرادات المبيعات.
