Job Description

    Job Purpose

              • Deliver the ultimate customer service experience as per MAGRABi standards to create a positive relationship and retain customers, by identifying their needs and advising on the best products and services to satisfy those needs.

    Qualifications and Experience

                • High school degree or equivalent; Diploma is a plus

                • 1-2 years of experience in retail; Optical expertise is a plus

    Job Responsibilities

                • Maintain MAGRABi standards by following pre-set policies and procedures, including dress code, floor attitude, sales policies, and code of conduct.

                • Identify customer requirements through MAGRABi selling procedures, offer products and services, and discuss promotions to meet customer needs.

                • Ensure customer promises are fulfilled by closely following up with stakeholders until service delivery is complete.

                • Share responsibility for stock accuracy and product safety; report issues and variances to support efficient stock control and maintenance.

    المسؤوليات الوظيفية




                • الحفاظ على معايير MAGRABi من خلال اتباع السياسات والإجراءات المحددة، بما في ذلك قواعد اللباس، وسلوك الموظف في مكان العمل، وسياسات البيع، ومدونة السلوك.


                • تحديد احتياجات العملاء عبر تطبيق إجراءات البيع في MAGRABi، وعرض المنتجات والخدمات ومناقشة العروض الترويجية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.


                • ضمان تنفيذ وعود الشركة للعملاء من خلال متابعة احتياجاتهم مع الأطراف المعنية حتى يتم تقديم الخدمة بشكل كامل.
