  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, storage, and virtualization concepts.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP).

  • Experience with cloud integration and hybrid environments.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Citrix and Nutanix infrastructure support or similar roles.
