Job Description

  • Excellent ability to read, interpret, and coordinate complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  • Strong leadership and site management skills.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in reviewing technical submittals (shop drawings, materials).

  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.

  • Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD essential, Revit highly beneficial, PDF markup tools, MS Office Suite). Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic can be an advantage.

  • This role requires a seasoned professional who can safeguard design integrity while managing the practical realities of a complex construction site, ensuring the final product meets the high standards of luxury hospitality and residential projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in architectural and site management roles.

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة)، ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

  • يتطلب الدور محترفًا متمرسًا قادرًا على الحفاظ على سلامة التصميم مع التعامل مع الواقع العملي لموقع إنشاء معقد، لضمان تحقيق المنتج النهائي أعلى معايير الفخامة في مشاريع الضيافة والسكنية.

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معتمدة.

الخبرة المطلوبة
