Requirements

  • Graduate with a Medical Professional Degree (Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).

  • Minimum 3 years of consistent performance as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in an MNC pharmaceutical/healthcare company.

  • Experience in Neuropsychiatry, Neuroscience, or Psychiatry is preferred.

  • Strong medical knowledge, sales acumen, and communication skills.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and healthcare professionals.

  • تسجيل المنتجات في المراكز الرئيسية والمناقصات، ودعم إدراجها في القوائم العلاجية.

  • تخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة التسويقية وفق استراتيجية السوق المحلي والميزانية المقررة.

  • تقديم تغذية راجعة عن السوق والمنافسين لدعم التسويق وتطوير المنتجات.

  • الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة بالمنتجات، والمجالات العلاجية، والتحديثات الطبية.

  • إدارة ميزانية المصاريف والتعاون مع الإدارات الرئيسية مثل الشؤون التنظيمية، وسلسلة التوريد، والشؤون الطبية.

المتطلبات

  • شهادة جامعية في المجال الطبي المهني (صيدلة، طب، إلخ).

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الأداء كأخصائي مبيعات أو أخصائي منتجات في شركة أدوية/رعاية صحية متعددة الجنسيات.

  • يفضل الخبرة في مجال العصبية النفسية، علوم الأعصاب، أو الطب النفسي.
