    Role Overview

          • Following a major regional milestone, this fast-scaling fintech is entering its next phase of growth across the GCC. As Head of Products, you’ll define and deliver the product vision that powers this expansion. Based in Bahrain with regional travel, this is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

    The Role

          • You’ll lead the full product function end-to-end, aligning vision, strategy, and execution to create scalable, customer-centric lending products. This includes managing the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and optimization, while ensuring alignment with commercial goals and regulatory standards.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

          • A strategic thinker with hands-on product delivery experience, capable of driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable results across multiple markets.

    Key Responsibilities

            • Set the overall product strategy and roadmap in line with company growth objectives.

            • Lead the product team to deliver digital fintech solutions that meet customer and regulatory needs.

            • Launch and optimize new products and features to drive engagement, adoption, and retention.

            • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

            • Manage the P&L for the product portfolio and achieve performance and profitability targets.

    الدور الوظيفي


          • ستقود فريق المنتجات بالكامل من البداية إلى النهاية، وتنسق بين الرؤية والاستراتيجية والتنفيذ لإنشاء منتجات إقراض قابلة للتوسع وتركز على العميل. ويشمل ذلك إدارة دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل، من الاكتشاف والتصميم إلى التسليم والتحسين، مع ضمان التوافق مع الأهداف التجارية والمعايير التنظيمية.
