    About the Role

            • Join a fast-growing GCC start-up building next-generation digital experiences across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. As a Flutter Developer, you’ll take full ownership of a high-impact mobile platform used by thousands of users, shaping a product that connects communities, drives loyalty, and delivers a seamless digital experience.

    Responsibilities

              • Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the mobile app on iOS and Android.

              • Build refined UI components, animations, and interactions to elevate user experience.

              • Integrate backend services, APIs, and Firebase to ensure scalability and reliability.

              • Monitor app performance, debug issues, and optimize for speed and stability.

              • Own the full mobile development lifecycle, from feature delivery and performance optimization to app architecture and design polish.

              • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to translate ideas into fast, stable, and engaging mobile experiences.

              • Make technical decisions, maintain clean and scalable code, and continuously improve the mobile platform across the GCC.

              • قيادة تطوير وصيانة وتحسين تطبيق الهاتف على iOS و Android.


              • بناء مكونات واجهة مستخدم متقدمة، ورسوم متحركة، وتفاعلات تعزز تجربة المستخدم.


              • دمج خدمات الخلفية، وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات، وFirebase لضمان قابلية التوسع والموثوقية.


              • مراقبة أداء التطبيق، وتصحيح الأخطاء، وتحسين السرعة والاستقرار.


              • إدارة دورة حياة تطوير التطبيق بالكامل، من تسليم الميزات وتحسين الأداء إلى تصميم بنية التطبيق وصقل واجهة المستخدم.


              • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المنتج والتصميم والنمو لترجمة الأفكار إلى تجارب جوّال سريعة ومستقرة وجذابة.


              • اتخاذ القرارات التقنية، والحفاظ على كود نظيف وقابل للتطوير، وتحسين المنصة بشكل مستمر في جميع أنحاء دول الخليج.
