Leasing Executive – Bahrain

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Leasing Manager / General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries.

  • Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation.

  • Support leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.

  • Ensure a high standard of tenant service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in leasing or property management.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with leasing procedures and tenancy regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

  • Preference for Bahraini nationals.

المؤهلات

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

  • خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنة في التأجير أو إدارة الممتلكات.

  • مهارات تواصل قوية ودقة في العمل.

  • الإلمام بإجراءات التأجير واللوائح الخاصة بالإيجارات.

  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة الممتلكات.

  • الأفضلية للمواطنين البحرينيين.
