Your Role

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with sales and Oracle cloud teams to align solutions with customer needs, providing strategic guidance
• Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation
• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures showcasing business value
• Orchestrate and lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers design, adopt, and govern cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, Pre-Sales Solution Architect, or customer-facing cloud role
• Strong technical fluency and communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Open Source, Cloud native, and Oracle technologies is a plus
• Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications are highly desirable
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

دورك الوظيفي

• العمل كمستشار موثوق للعملاء، وبناء علاقات قوية وضمان رضا العملاء وولائهم
• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والسحابة لضمان توافق الحلول مع احتياجات العملاء وتقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي
• إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والمقترحات ووثائق الحلول
• تصميم وتنفيذ هندسة السحابة للمؤسسات مع إبراز القيمة التجارية
• قيادة فرق Oracle متعددة الوظائف لمساعدة العملاء على تصميم واعتماد وإدارة حلول السحابة على Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

الخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة

• خبرة مثبتة كمهندس سحابة أو مهندس حلول قبل البيع أو دور مماثل مباشر مع العملاء
• مهارات تقنية واتصال قوية لشرح المفاهيم المعقدة للمستفيدين غير التقنيين
• فهم عميق لتقنيات السحابة (IaaS، PaaS، AI) وتطبيقات المؤسسات
• الإلمام بتقنيات المصادر المفتوحة والسحابة الأصلية وتقنيات Oracle ميزة إضافية
• شهادات سحابة من مزودي الخدمات الكبرى ميزة مفضلة
• درجة جامعية في علوم الحاسوب، نظم المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة
