    Role Overview

      • We are seeking a seasoned professional (Techno-Functional) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the CRM On-Prem platform. This role requires strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes, customer lifecycle management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions to ensure the CRM system effectively supports organizational goals.

    Experience & Technical Requirements

        • Minimum 6 years of experience

        • Strong expertise in Microsoft CRM Application "On-Prem"

        • Solid knowledge of SQL Database

        • Experience in .NET application development

        • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps

        • Skills in Power Automate

        • Experience in API development
