Job Description

Pallet Production Supervisor

Lead production and ensure quality in a dynamic pallet manufacturing environment! Join our team as a Pallet Production Supervisor, managing daily production activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily pallet production activities and ensure production targets are met.

  • Supervise workers, plan daily workload, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics.

  • Monitor machines, report issues, and maintain production records.

  • Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety standards on the shop floor.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in pallet manufacturing or wood industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of pallet production standards and quality checks.

  • Familiarity with machinery used in pallet production (saws, nailers, etc.).

  • Basic computer skills for production reporting (Excel/SAP preferred).

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of heat-treatment and fumigation process for pallets.

  • Forklift license & driving license is an advantage.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة

  • خبرة 3–5 سنوات في تصنيع المنصات أو صناعة الأخشاب.

  • مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة الفريق.

  • معرفة بمعايير إنتاج المنصات وفحص الجودة.

  • الإلمام بالآلات المستخدمة في إنتاج المنصات (المناشير، المسامير، إلخ).

  • مهارات أساسية في الحاسوب لتقارير الإنتاج (Excel/SAP مفضل).

  • مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات جيدة.

  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.

المؤهلات المفضلة

  • معرفة بعمليات المعالجة بالحرارة والتبخير للمنصات.

  • رخصة قيادة ورافعة شوكية ميزة إضافية.
