About the Role:
Stantec is seeking Civil Inspectors to support construction supervision projects related to stormwater & drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks, and water distribution networks. The role involves inspections, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration, and construction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients and contractor staff to verify project requirements.

  • Prepare inspection reports and site records.

  • Perform civil and structural tests and ensure professional workmanship.

  • Identify non-conforming works, generate corrective action reports, and coordinate responses.

  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and site investigations.

  • Collaborate with engineers to solve project design challenges.

  • Liaise with local and remote teams to facilitate project completion.

  • Ensure safety compliance and adhere to Stantec’s quality and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related).

  • CRPEP Registered Engineer.

  • Experience with pump stations, deep excavations, NDRC, utility diversions, dewatering, pavement/roadworks, and pipelines.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • إجراء الدراسات الفنية وجداول الجدوى والتحقيقات الميدانية.

  • التعاون مع المهندسين لحل تحديات تصميم المشروع.

  • التنسيق مع الفرق المحلية والبعيدة لضمان إتمام المشروع بنجاح.

  • الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وإجراءات الجودة التشغيلية لشركة Stantec.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المجال ذات الصلة.

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة البيئية أو ما يعادلها.

  • تسجيل CRPEP للمهندسين.

  • خبرة في محطات الضخ، الحفريات العميقة، NDRC، تحويل المرافق، إزالة المياه، أعمال الطرق، وخطوط الأنابيب.

  • مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي قوية.
