  • We are seeking a dynamic professional to bring the Stranger Soccer brand to life in the assigned city. This role involves leading a small central team, recruiting freelance game hosts, securing venue slots, and driving customer engagement through sales, marketing, and hands-on operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Recruitment

  • Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons).

  • Manage a few freelance Official Hosts to run Stranger Soccer games.

Venue Management

  • Identify and secure prime slots at football venues for game operations.

Sales & Marketing

  • Implement creative sales and marketing initiatives, both digital and hands-on.

  • Introduce customers to the platform as a convenient and preferred way to play football games.

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Oversee the schedule of games, ensuring customers enjoy each session and return frequently.

  • Leverage support from the Singapore headquarters operations and technology team.

Requirements

  • Passion for football and strong connection to the local football scene.

  • Business or management background, ideally with customer service experience.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to scaling the brand.

  • Strong drive for success and achieving results.

  • Financial compensation tied to performance.
