  • التقارير المباشرة: الربّان


  • يساهم الموظف في ضمان جاهزية السفينة للتشغيل بأمان وكفاءة وفق توجيهات الربّان، وبما يتوافق مع سياسات وإجراءات HMS والتعليمات المحلية عند تطبيقها.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية




  • أداء المهام التشغيلية المتعلقة بجميع أعمال السفينة، بما في ذلك:



    • المساعدة في عمليات الإنقاذ


    • تنفيذ الأعمال في الورش على الساحل


    • تجهيز المعدات على اليابسة أو القطر


  • تنفيذ جميع المهام بطريقة آمنة، وطلب التوجيه من الربّان عند عدم التأكد قبل بدء العمل.


  • اقتراح مبادرات لتحسين مستوى السلامة على متن السفينة.


  • المشاركة الفعّالة في تدريبات السلامة مثل التمارين على متن السفينة.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: Master
    The Deck Hand ensures that the vessel is always ready for safe and efficient deployment as directed by the Master and in accordance with HMS policies/procedures and applicable local legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks safely and consult the Master when in doubt before beginning any work.

  • Propose initiatives to enhance onboard safety levels.

  • Actively participate in onboard safety training and drills.

  • Carry out operational duties related to all vessel tasks, including assisting with salvage jobs, workshop tasks ashore, and preparing equipment onshore/tow.
