Job Description
Job Summary
-
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to execute projects according to approved plans and budgets.

Oversee daily construction operations across multiple project sites.

Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using project management tools.

Control project budgets and timelines, addressing risks proactively.
Site & Team Management
-
Lead and supervise site teams and labor to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.

Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with safety and quality standards.

Address technical and operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow.
Project Control & Documentation
-
Manage change orders, variations, and deviations from approved plans.
-
Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Ensure accurate documentation including daily reports, site logs, progress tracking, and meeting minutes.
Procurement & Resource Management
-
Supervise procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability and avoid delays.
-
Handle large workforces (300+ employees) and multi-site coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience
-
8–10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
-
Experience with Grade A or B contracting companies.
-
Proven background in high-rise buildings, villas, and multi-site project handling.
Technical & Leadership Skills
-
Strong expertise in technical, financial, and administrative aspects of construction.
-
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-value, deadline-driven projects.
-
Capability to establish and manage new departments or operational units.
-
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making approach.
Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license.

Contracting background only (consulting experience not accepted).

التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين والإنشائيين والمقاولين والجهات المعنية لتنفيذ المشاريع وفق الخطط والميزانيات المعتمدة.
الإشراف وإدارة العمليات اليومية لمواقع الإنشاءات المتعددة.
إعداد وتحديث وتتبع جداول المشاريع باستخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع.
مراقبة ميزانيات وجدولة المشاريع ومعالجة المخاطر المحتملة بشكل استباقي.
إدارة المواقع والفرق
قيادة والإشراف على فرق العمل والعمال لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وفعّالة بجودة عالية.
إجراء جولات تفتيش دورية للمواقع لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
معالجة المشكلات الفنية والتشغيلية بسرعة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
الرقابة والتوثيق
إدارة أوامر التغيير والاختلافات والانحرافات عن خطط المشروع المعتمدة.
الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع جميع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
ضمان توثيق دقيق للتقارير اليومية وسجلات الموقع ومتابعة التقدم ومحاضر الاجتماعات.
المشتريات وإدارة الموارد
الإشراف على شراء المواد والمعدات لضمان توفرها في الوقت المناسب ومنع التأخير.
إدارة فرق كبيرة (300+ موظف) والتنسيق بين مواقع متعددة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة العملية
خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في دور مشابه بقطاع المقاولات.
خبرة سابقة في شركات مقاولات فئة A أو B.
خبرة مثبتة في الأبراج العالية والفلل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة المواقع.
المهارات الفنية والقيادية
معرفة قوية بالجوانب الفنية والمالية والإدارية للإنشاءات.
قدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة مشاريع عالية القيمة وضمن جداول زمنية صارمة.
القدرة على إنشاء وإدارة قسم جديد أو وحدة تشغيلية جديدة.
مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
متطلبات إضافية
رخصة قيادة سارية.
خلفية في قطاع المقاولات فقط (خبرة الاستشاري غير مقبولة).
