🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Installation: Install PLC hardware/software, connect sensors and actuators, ensure correct wiring and configuration.

  • Programming & Configuration: Develop and modify PLC programs using ladder logic or function block diagrams; configure PLCs for automation processes.

  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnose hardware/software issues, troubleshoot faults in control panels and PLC programs.

  • Testing & Commissioning: Test and commission PLC systems; perform system integration testing with other automation components.

  • Collaboration & Support: Work with engineers, operators, and technicians; provide technical support and training on PLC operations; assist in control system design.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure installations comply with safety regulations; implement fail-safe and emergency stop functions; follow lockout/tagout procedures.

  • Additional Duties: Inspect control relays, motor overloads, wiring, VFDs, and DBRs; report abnormalities to supervisors.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of PLC experience in plant or industrial environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting, programming, and system integration skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.

  • التركيب: تركيب أجهزة وبرامج PLC، توصيل الحساسات والمشغلات، وضمان التوصيل الصحيح.
