Position: Maintenance Engineer – Instrumentation

Take charge of maintaining and troubleshooting critical instrumentation systems with a role designed for experts in sensors, control systems, and field instruments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within oil & gas (onshore/offshore), refinery, or petrochemical industries.

  • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including turnarounds and shutdowns.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot:

    • Flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors

    • Level sensors, control valves, actuators

    • DCS, PLCs, and SCADA systems

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

  • Calibrate and test field instrumentation to ensure operational accuracy.

  • Review instrumentation engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.

  • Ensure HSE compliance, perform risk assessments, and conduct audits for instrumentation systems.

  • Plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities, generate reports, and analyze maintenance data.

  • CMRP certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • خبرة 15 عاماً على الأقل في صيانة أجهزة القياس في قطاع النفط والغاز (البر/البحر)، المصافي، أو الصناعات البتروكيماوية.

  • تخطيط وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية، بما في ذلك التوقفات المجدولة والصيانة الكبرى.

  • صيانة واستكشاف الأعطال في:

    • عدادات التدفق، محولات الضغط، أجهزة قياس الحرارة

    • حساسات المستوى، صمامات التحكم والمشغلات

    • أنظمة DCS، PLC، SCADA

  • خبرة عملية في SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

  • معايرة واختبار أجهزة القياس لضمان الدقة التشغيلية.

  • مراجعة رسومات هندسة الأجهزة، P&IDs، والمواصفات الفنية.
