Technical Support / Infrastructure Engineer (Arabic Proficiency Required)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support / Infrastructure Engineer to manage our cloud-computing infrastructure, ensure compliance with ISO / IT standards, and support our technology platform. You will play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable systems across multiple cloud and networking vendors. Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure across platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure / 365, and network/firewall devices (e.g., Palo Alto).

  • Implement and monitor IT policies and standards to ensure ISO compliance (e.g., ISO 27001).

  • Respond to technical support requests for infrastructure, network security, cloud services, and connectivity issues.

  • Monitor system performance, health, capacity, and availability across cloud and hybrid systems.

  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions; manage change control procedures.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles on Microsoft platforms.

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.

  • Participate in deployment, migration, and upgrade projects for cloud/hybrid infrastructure.

  • Generate system documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and support logs.

  • Collaborate with IT, security, and network teams to ensure optimal integration and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical support or infrastructure/cloud support.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.).

  • Experience with Microsoft cloud/platform services (Azure, Microsoft 365, AD).

  • Proficiency with Palo Alto firewall/security appliances.

  • Knowledge of ISO/IT security compliance standards.

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • AWS, Azure, or Microsoft certifications.

  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments and IT-security audits.

  • Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, AWS CLI, Terraform, etc.).

  • Familiarity with networking protocols, routing, VPNs, and DevOps tools.

نبحث عن مهندس دعم فني / بنية تحتية ماهر لإدارة بنية الحوسبة السحابية الخاصة بنا، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير ISO / تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ودعم منصة التكنولوجيا لدينا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على أنظمة آمنة وموثوقة وقابلة للتوسع عبر عدة مزودي خدمات سحابية وشبكية. يشترط الطلاقة في اللغة العربية (كتابة ومحادثة).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • إدارة وصيانة ودعم البنية التحتية السحابية عبر منصات AWS و Microsoft Azure / 365 وأجهزة الشبكة / الجدران النارية (مثل Palo Alto).

  • تنفيذ ومراقبة سياسات ومعايير تكنولوجيا المعلومات لضمان الامتثال لمعايير ISO (مثل ISO 27001).

  • الرد على طلبات الدعم الفني للبنية التحتية، وأمن الشبكات، والخدمات السحابية، ومشاكل الاتصال.

  • مراقبة أداء النظام، والصحة، والسعة، والتوافر عبر الأنظمة السحابية والهجينة.

  • تنفيذ وصيانة حلول النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث وإدارة إجراءات تغيير النظام.

  • إدارة حسابات المستخدمين والصلاحيات والأدوار على منصات Microsoft.

  • تكوين وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال الجدران النارية، والشبكات الخاصة الافتراضية (VPN)، وقواعد الوصول.

  • المشاركة في مشاريع النشر، والترحيل، والتحديث للبنية التحتية السحابية / الهجينة.

  • إعداد وثائق النظام، وكتيبات التشغيل، وإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة، وسجلات الدعم.

  • التعاون مع فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والأمن، والشبكات لضمان تكامل مثالي وتقليل المخاطر.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.

  • خبرة 2–3 سنوات في الدعم الفني أو إدارة البنية التحتية / الحوسبة السحابية.

  • خبرة عملية في خدمات AWS الأساسية (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).

  • خبرة في خدمات ومنصات Microsoft (Azure, Microsoft 365, AD).

  • إتقان أجهزة الجدار الناري / الأمن الشبكي من Palo Alto.

  • معرفة بمعايير الامتثال ISO / أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

  • الطلاقة في اللغة العربية (كتابة ومحادثة).

  • مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات والتعاون.

يفضل / ميزة إضافية:

  • شهادات AWS أو Azure أو Microsoft.

  • خبرة في بيئات السحابة الهجينة وتدقيقات أمن المعلومات.
