Our Guest Environment Experts go beyond cleaning rooms — they create a memorable and refreshing environment throughout the entire hotel. This role involves a variety of housekeeping responsibilities such as maintaining cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, delivering guest requests, restocking carts, and ensuring that all spaces meet the highest standards of appearance and hygiene. You will move throughout the hotel, taking initiative to ensure every space supports an excellent guest experience.

Guest Environment Experts must maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect confidentiality, and uphold professional communication and appearance. This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance.
