Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop site plans that comply with project specifications and local zoning laws.

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in site development and management.

  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

  • التعاون مع المهندسين والمعماريين لوضع خطط الموقع بما يتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والقوانين المحلية.

  • إجراء زيارات ومسوح ميدانية لتقييم المشاكل المحتملة وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية.

  • إعداد وعرض تقارير مفصلة حول تقدم المشروع والتحديات والحلول على أصحاب المصلحة والإدارة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

  • رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.

  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الهندسة المدنية، خاصة في تطوير وإدارة المواقع.

  • معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية للبناء.
